Travelling to Inverness
It is best to travel to Inverness, as this will be the easiest location to travel to the swim.

Getting to Inverness
Inverness is the closest airport to Loch Ness although Aberdeen is also an option:

Travel from Aberdeen airport to Inverness is available by coach or train. There is a shuttle bus that runs to Dyce train station with direct trains to Inverness.
Stagecoach service 10 runs regularly from the airport to Inverness bus station.

There are regular services to Inverness from most major cities including Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Aberdeen. The train station is located just off Academy Street (next to the bus station) in the centre of Inverness.

Public transport from the airport to the city centre
Buses run frequently between the Inverness Airport and Inverness City Centre. To find an up to date timetable visit the Stagecoach website and type Inverness into "select location".
Taxis are available at Inverness airport and take about 15 minutes to get you to the city centre for about £16. Taxis are also available in the city centre and at both the bus and rail stations.
